Our Leadership Team

The M.M. Hayes Company, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business. Michael M. Hayes, a graduate of Siena College, founded the company in 1971. In family fashion, his sons joined after earning bachelor’s degrees from Boston College. Each brought his own perspective and talent to the business: Michael F. Hayes (BS Economics 1987), David H. Hayes (BA Communications 1988), and John C. Hayes (BA Sociology 1992).

This combination makes for a team that’s united in vision and offers 75 combined years of experience in the software industry, yet has distinct voices and unique abilities to meet the needs of a diverse customer base. We are in a position that few technology companies can claim: a family-owned business that treats our customers as family.
