Quickcharge Payroll Deduction

Quickcharge enables employees to use existing ID badges to make cash-free purchases at on-site facilities, such as cafeterias, pharmacies, gift shops, company stores and vending machines through payroll deduction.

Quickcharge Prepay/Declining Balance Module

For those instances where payroll deduction is not the goal, the Quickcharge prepay module allows employees to make cashless purchases with prepaid cards.

Quickcharge POS Anywhere Module

This web-based module gives you the ability to configure and deploy simple or advanced point of sale throughout your organization.  It can be used on any PC or laptop, and on select tablets.  POS Anywhere also allows for offline functionality.

Quickcharge Verifone with EZ Pay Software

Quickcharge Verifone with EZ Pay Software increases employee convenience and satisfaction at any point-of-sale location, for the purchase of any product. The Verifone terminal connects with your existing Quickcharge server and offers countertop speed and performance for payroll deduction, pre-paid debit cards, credit cards with PCI Compliance and gift cards.

Gift Cards

Custom gift cards can be printed with your corporate logo and marketing messages.  Gift cards can be used across your organization or at specific locations. A single gift card could even be setup to carry separate balances at different venues.

Credit Cards/Debit Cards

MM Hayes makes credit card payment processing smart and easy at better rates to save you money.

Billing Account

This option allows various departments or off-site entities to set up a credit limit through Quickcharge.  The department or entity can make charges and will be billed for those charges.  Once payment is made, Quickcharge will apply the payment to the account and adjust the balance.
