How It Works:
With Quickcharge, debit transactions are collected at various point of sale (POS) locations throughout your organization. Purchases are then downloaded to Quickcharge and sent to payroll for processing.
Simple Cashless Payment Solution: Employees can make purchases up to a pre-defined limit, with the amount of the purchase deducted automatically from their paycheck. Employees have the option of spreading these charges over multiple pay periods, or they can choose to pay off the entire balance at one time.
Employee Profiles: Employee data can be imported from various software applications, such as time and labor, human resources, or payroll. Employees can be assigned to specific spending profiles, which can determine user validity at various data collection points and enforce a single charge limit, maximum debit balances, and the payback period.
Access to Data: Quickcharge offers three levels of access: supervisor (full access to the entire application), limited (full access only to the employee data entry), and reports only (employee data entry can be viewed but not edited.) Additional user access profiles can also be configured, ensuring that no one’s privacy is compromised.
Auditing and Analysis: The Quickcharge system offers complete auditing and reporting capabilities for access to all transactions. Available reports include audit reports, daily charge reports, balance reports, employee list reports, expenditure history reports, and many more!
Gift Shop POS Solutions: Quickcharge has been integrated with Microsoft Dynamics Point of Sale 2009 to give you an easy-to-use and streamlined solution to improve operational efficiencies across the board.
Cashless Vending: Quickcharge can now be added to vending machines allowing everyone to benefit from easy cash-free purchases while you earn more revenue from vending machines.
