    Workforce Timekeeper: Department Manager

    This course provides you with the knowledge needed to work with the Workforce Timekeeper Application on a daily basis and is designed to give you an understanding of the basic activities that are necessary for managing employee time and labor information. After completing this course you will be able to:

    • Explain basic Workforce Timekeeper functions and terminology
    • Explain navigation concepts
    • Apply edits and approvals to timecards
    • Generate daily reports
    • Identify the Workforce Employee HTML Client time entry views
    • Edit and maintain schedules

    Workforce Timekeeper: SuperUser Training

    This instructor-led course is geared toward Payroll and HR administrators who typically have ownership of their Workforce Timekeeper system. This training course covers the necessary tasks that SUperUsers utilize to support and maintain the Workforce Timekeeper system. Tasks include creating and maintaining:

    • Profiles
    • User accounts
    • Application web pages
    • Workflow notifications (automatic email notices for employees and managers)
    • Hyperfind Queries (application-generated SQL)

    Participants also learn the principles of DCM (Data Collection Management) and timekeeper terminal operations.

    Workforce HR: Getting Started With HR

    This course presents you with the framework and hands-on experience to effectively use Workforce HR to perform tasks in a typical employee life cycle and enroll employees in basic HR plans. Topics include how to:

    • Enter new hires
    • Enroll employees and dependents in benefit plans
    • Track time off
    • Modify employee records
    • Print standard reports

    Workforce HR: Administering HR

    This course prepares you to manage the organizational structure, codes, and plans that drive the Workforce HR system. You will learn how to set up and maintain organizations, positions, job codes, pay grades, code tables, attendance plans, training administration, audit trails, and application security.

    Workforce Payroll: Administering Payroll

    This course will prepare you to administer the Workforce Payroll system. You will learn how to set up and maintain information critical to payroll processing, such as pay agencies, pay groups, check groups, payroll calendars and payroll codes. This course also covers procedures for integrating benefit plans in HR and compensation and deduction codes in payroll.

    Custom Report Training

    This course will teach you to utilize the power of Crystal Reports for HR and Payroll and RDL for Kronos Timekeeper to produce enhanced reports.
