C#.NET Software Developer

Position Summary

MM Hayes is an industry leader in workplace cashless payment and point of sale solutions throughout the United States. MM Hayes seeks highly motivated individuals who are interested in a C#.NET Software Developer position for web applications and point of sale solutions. The successful candidate will be a developer who has strong C#.NET skills and a good understanding of modern peripheral communication technologies.

The C#.NET Software Developer is expected to have the required technical skills and experience as well as the ability to learn and become productive in new programming languages and technologies. The C#.NET Software Developer reports to the Development Manager and will participate in both the design phase and the development phase of Quickcharge software.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a robust home grown software using the latest C#.NET and API technologies
• Work independently and as part of a team to develop an enterprise software
• Work seamlessly with QA team and other development teams
• Exhibit strong initiative, leadership, and accountability on all projects

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3+ years of C#.NET experience
• 3+ years of SQL experience (T-SQL preferred)
• 3+ years of API experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with POS and/or Inventory Control systems
• Experience with SCRUM/AGILE
• Experience with RS-232 and USB communications
• Experience with OPOS or POS for .NET technologies
• Experience with the .NET Mobile Framework
• Experience writing Windows Services in C#.NET
