The MM Hayes leadership team, is a family-owned and operated business and that sense of family extends not just within our company, but to each and every client we serve. We are committed to upholding our family values of hard work, reliability, honesty and integrity, which have gone unchanged since our company’s founding.

MM Hayes was established in 1971, by Michael M. Hayes, a graduate of Siena College. In family fashion, his sons joined after earning bachelor’s degrees from Boston College. Each brought his own perspective and talent to the business: Michael F. Hayes (BS Economics 1987), David H. Hayes (BA Communications 1988), and John C. Hayes (BA Sociology 1992).

While each member of the family has a different role and talent within the company, our vision is still united: building lasting relationships with our clients, partners, and employees, giving back to the community and delivering world-class customer support for our products.
