MM Hayes offers a free, virtual training program for Flik personnel utilizing the Quickcharge POS system. Courses are offered on a monthly basis for both front of house and back office functionality.
Currently, we are offering Version 10 training sessions on the first Thursday of each month. In these courses our experts will review the changes Flik sites will experience when transitioning to Version 10.

Front of house training sessions are typically held on the first Thursday of each month. In these courses our POS experts will review common tasks such as ringing typical transactions, performing voids/returns, and other daily cashier functions.

Back office training sessions are typically held on the third Thursday of each month. Sign up for one of these sessions to learn how to create new items, change prices, configure rotating menus, run reports, and more.
