MM Hayes is excited to announce the launch of our new virtual training program for users of the Quickcharge POS system. We’ll be hosting free educational courses on a monthly basis for both food service and gift shop environments, covering both front of house and back office functionality.
Front of house training sessions are typically held on the second Thursday of each month. In these courses our POS experts will review common tasks such as ringing typical transactions, performing voids/returns, and other daily cashier functions.

Back office training sessions for gift shops are typically held on the fourth Wednesday of each month. Sign up for one of these sessions to learn how to create new items, change prices, manage inventory, run reports, and more.
