Kronos Recognized for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction for 14th Consecutive Year

CHELMSFORD, Mass., May 14, 2014 – Kronos Incorporated today announced that it has received the NorthFace ScoreBoard AwardSM from the Omega Management Group Corp. for excellence in customer satisfaction for 2013. Omega presents the NorthFace ScoreBoard Award annually to organizations that consistently exceeded customer expectations during the preceding year, as rated by their customers.
- Results from Omega Management Group Corp. show that 98 percent of organizations responded positively when asked if Kronos understands their problem. Additionally, 91 percent of respondents said they are satisfied with product innovation as well as features and functionality.
- Kronos has received the Omega NorthFace ScoreBoard Award every year since the program’s inception in 2000, and is one of only two organizations to do so.
